We answer e-mails during regular business hours Monday through Friday, but they can be sent to us twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
In order to make this communication most effective, please tell us your FULL NAME and ADDRESS including STREET, CITY AND ZIP CODE, and your ORDER NUMBER if you know it. Most important, tell us the pertinent information about your service issue. This will enable us to determine your order status and respond more quickly.

You will also receive an e-mail notification when your order has been shipped. If your order was shipped via Fed Ex, this e-mail will also include a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your order on the web. Orders shipped by First Class Mail do not have a tracking number.

US SHIPPING AND HANDLING
USPS
This is the cheapest method of shipping. Packages shipped by this method should reach you within 5-7 business days from the date of your order. The advantage of this method is lower cost. The disadvantage is that there is no tracking number available to you.

FED EX GROUND DELIVERY:
Packages shipped by this method should reach you within 5-7 business days from the date of your order. The advantage of this method is that a tracking number is provided so you can track your package on the web.

FED EX 3 DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY
Note:: This delivery option is NOT available on orders shipped outside the Continental United States.
Place your order on a weekday, before 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, and you'll have your stuff three business days later. So if you place your order on Monday, before 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, you should have it on Thursday!
If you place your order on Friday after 3:00 pm, then your order will be processed on the next business day (Monday) and you'll receive your air package three days after that (Thursday). The same goes for orders placed on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.

CANADIAN SHIPPING AND HANDLING::
Now all Canadian Orders will be shipped via Federal Express Ground Service. Your order will have a tracking number which will enable you to check the progress of your order in its journey to you.
We have initiated this new service because of customer requests to find an alternative to slow mail delivery, which resulted in considerable delays. This should speed up order delivery to Canadian destinations.
A note of caution, however - shipments from the United States to Canada may be subject to additional charges by local governments, such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Value Added Tax (VAT) as well as customs duties.
These charges vary by type of merchandise and are assessed by the Canadian government, not by Rewarestore.com, and they are collected at the time of delivery. Thus, such charges are in addition to the Canadian Shipping and Handling Charges shown below.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
(Outside the US and Canada)
We accept orders from nearly every country in the world. Payment must be made in US dollars, either by an international credit card for on-line orders or by an International Money Order payable in US dollars for mail-in orders.
Our International orders are shipped via the United States Mail Service, and delivered to the Postal Service System in the country of destination. Consequently, we do not have tracking numbers for international shipments.
Please keep in mind that packages shipped outside of the United States may take up to 3-4 weeks because of the additional distance and because packages may have to clear customs when they reach the country of destination.
NOTE: We DO NOT have any expedited delivery service for international shipments.

WARRANTY::
We want you to enjoy our products. If you receive a product that does not work or arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect and/or material defect, we will replace the product with a new one at our discretion so long as the product is sent to us within 15 days of purchase.
However, this warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper care, alteration, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Reware cannot be liable for incidental or consequential damages, and we do not refund purchases.
RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY::
We can process returns and exchanges only for products purchased directly from rewarestore.com. We do not refund purchases but will exchange for product of equal value.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of same greater value, we will exchange it based on your original method of payment. We do not exchange for products of lesser value. The product must be returned to our warehouse within 15 calendar days of purchase. Returns are paid by the purchaser.
All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on any returned merchandise. For electronic product that is Dead Arrival (DOA) Product, i.e.: System Failure Out of the Box (product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a failure, preventing basic operability, upon its first use out of the box).
Please call our customer service or email us within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. You will be issued a call tag for product pick-up. After we receive your product, the same product that you ordered will be shipped to our expense.
If you order a garment that doesn't fit you, you can exchange the defective or ill-fitting merchandise for a suitable replacement item. Just send the unused, undamaged merchandise back explaining the reason for the exchange and the new product you would like, to:

Please include your original packing list and write on it the style and size of garment that you wish in exchange (or the merchandise you wish receive in exchange for the defective goods). Also indicate the address to which you want your exchanged merchandise to be shipped.
