 Will Juice Bags run my laptop?
Laptops and solar can be tricky. Laptops demand a higher consistent charge than a small solar panel will give you. So while our bags work really well for handheld devices (cell phones, ipods, etc.), they will not work for a laptop. Laptops really need much more solar than is on each bag (roughly four times as much).



 Does Reware make a Laptop Solution of some kind?
Reware is getting ready to release an excellent laptop kit that has the solar and battery needed to supply portable computers. It is not in bag form, the kit includes a large fold out solar unit and larger battery. This would recharge the laptop when not turned on and extend the usable battery life when the computer is running.



 What devices can I charge with my Juice Bag?
Any of your smaller electronic devices can be charged with your Juice Bag - Mobile Phones, Satellite Phones, MP3 players, PDA's, Game players, GPSs, Digital Cameras, you name it!



 How do I connect my cell phone or other device to my Juice Bag?
It is really simple all you need to have is the plug you normally use in the car. You just connect your Car charger into the socket included in the bag ( we call this the CLA, or cigarette lighter apadter). We use the same plug as the one you use in the car because we know that almost every device has that type of plug made for it. Juice bags are universal around the world becuase of this.



 Do I need to buy the CLA socket?
No, every Juice Bag comes with a CLA socket, but you do need to buy the car charger adapter for your device. This is what will plug into the CLA socket in the bag. These are common adapters and can be picked up at any electronics store or from your phone provider.

 Will my solar panel run out of power? No. The solar panel transforms sunlight into electricity. As long as there is sunlight your bag will generate electricity. With proper care your Juice Bags solar panel will last for years.



 Do I need a battery to run my equipment?
No. Our solar panels run at 12 Volts meaning that you can plug directly into the bag directly, NO BATTERY NEEDED!! We do offer the SolarReady 360 battery as an accessory should you want to store extra power for later. You can purchase a SolarReady battery here.



 How do I know my Juice Bags product is working properly?
Check the charge indicator light on your charger or electronic device. If you device says "Charging", that means that power is flowing from the sun to your bag to the device. It's as simple as that.



 Will this product drain my battery?
Your Juice Bags product has a built in reversing diode that prevents the solar array from draining your battery.



 What happens if the product gets wet?
Your Juice Bags product is designed with water resistant material. However, the solar charger should be wiped dry.



 What happens if the product gets rained on or is submerged?
Simply wipe the product with a clean dry cloth and allow it to dry before storage.



 Can I leave my Juice Bags product outside continuously?
The Juice Bag product was not designed for continuous outdoor use. It can be used continuously, but will show signs of weathering. It should be outside about as much as you would be.



 Do I need perfect weather conditions to generate electricity?
No. Your Juice Bags product will function with many devices even in cloudy skies, though not as strongly as in sunshine or direct sunlight. NOTE: JUICE BAGS ARE FOR USE WITH THE CAR LIGHTER ADAPTER (CLA) APPROVED FOR USE WITH YOUR PERSONAL ELECTRONIC DEVICE. You can also charge USB devices using a CLA/USB adapter plug (Not Included).



 How fast will my device charge?

Ideal for digital cameras that use AA batteries. ** Note: Charge times are average based on testing of several off-the-shelf portable electronics. Some portable electronics require a higher current and may not charge with a single bag.



 Will this product drain my battery?
Most car chargers have a built in blocking diode that prevents electricity from draining out of your service. If your particular car charger does not have a blocking diode, you can still use a Juice Bag; just unplug your device when you're done charging.



 Will my Juice Bags work when it's cloudy?
Yes. Your Juice Bag will function with many devices even in cloudy skies, though not as strongly as in sunshine or direct sunlight.



 What would happen My Juice Bag is submerged in the water or if it rains?
Nothing. Simply wipe the product with a clean dry cloth and allow it to dry before storage.



 What if my Juice Bag gets dirty?
Just use a wet cloth and wipe it off. Do not use soap or detergent, do not machine wash or dry, and do not scrub the panel.



 Can I fold my Juice Bag?
No. The solar panel is flexible, but it should never be folded.



 Can my Juice Bag's solar panel break? Is it fragile?
No. Your Juice Bag was designed to resist extreme conditions. Just don't fold it, burn it or run on it.



 Can I leave my Juice Bags product outside continuously?
